ALTEN is seeking a Travel & Expense Payment Operations Analyst who will provide administrative and operational support to the T&E team. This role involves assisting with payment processing activities, monitoring inquiries, and supporting reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily payment processing activities including data entry and compliance checking (Accounting Experience Preferred)
Monitor servicenow inboxes and respond to routine inquiries or forward to appropriate staff
Support the Guest & Student Reimbursement Process including vendor communication and internal documentation
Perform other clerical tasks as assigned

Basic accounting background
Microsoft suite
Concur and workday plus
Need to be a self-starter
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrates strong learning agility across diverse subject matters
Adapts swiftly to evolving business requirements and technical platforms
Accelerates onboarding through fast comprehension of operational framework
Basic understanding of financial or accounting principles required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
