LATAM Partners is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work in a hospital located in South Carolina, USA. This position offers a direct placement opportunity for Chilean nursing professionals with a clear path to permanent residency in the United States, focusing on delivering patient-centered care in ICU or Med-Surg departments.

Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in either the ICU or Med-Surg units
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document changes in health status
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Operate and monitor medical equipment relevant to assigned department (ICU or Med-Surg)
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, maintaining professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería)
Valid Chilean passport
Professional license (Título + Cédula profesional)
Chilean nationality (required for H-1B1 visa)
Proficient English skills (spoken and written) required for visa approval and clinical communication
Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Prior hospital experience in ICU or Med-Surg settings
