Understanding of procedural rules, courtroom rules and evidentiary importance of constructing and drafting persuasive legal briefs

Exceptional research and writing skills

Routine court appearances

Preparing and arguing motions

Taking depositions

Handling routine and/or complex discovery and ESI

Preparing cases for mediation and/or trial

Evidentiary hearing and/or trial experience

Qualification

Required

2-5 years of litigation experience
