Responsibilities

Develop and implement the originations and execution strategy for financing renewable energy & supply chain projects, aligning with company goals, institutional investor criteria, compliance based state and federal programs, and market opportunities

Lead the structuring and negotiation of financial agreements, ensuring optimal financing solutions for projects while managing risk

Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in renewable energy sectors, including solar, wind, and emerging technologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with project developers, investors, governmental agencies, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive successful project execution and long-term growth

Mentor and manage a high-performing team of professionals in the origination and execution of financing renewable energy and supply chain opportunities

Conduct comprehensive market research and sufficient analysis to be recognized as a subject matter expert on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape

Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, outlining project opportunities, risks, and recommendations
