Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for reporting and analytics
Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and data literacy
Design, develop, and publish reports and dashboards within Power BI and other BI tools to meet business needs
Support the implementation of self-service reporting solutions, enabling users to explore and visualize data independently
Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for BI deliverables, including data modeling, report design, validation, deployment, and maintenance
Ensure that data and reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives
Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Collaborate closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure proper data integration, governance, and performance optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Analyst, or in a similar business intelligence role
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and workspace management
Experience connecting Power BI to SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based data sources (e.g., Azure, Snowflake)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Preferred
Experience with Azure Data Services, Power Automate, or Power Apps
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
Demonstrated experience in promoting self-service BI adoption and data governance practices
