Finance Intern
BorgWarner is a global product leader in delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. The Finance Intern will support month end processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and collaborate with the engineering team to document and process assets for capitalization.

Responsibilities
Participates in monthly closing process, including journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and reporting
Document assets for capitalization with the support of a Sr. Financial Analyst
Confirm with engineering asset status (in use, pending, etc.)
Locate, photograph and document assets and their location
Work with the engineering and finance team to resolve open asset topics
Ensure all fixed assets are properly coded
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or be a graduate from an accredited college
GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or B average, upon initial hire date
Studying Accounting, Finance or related field
Interested in learning and working with a wide network of people in Engineering and Finance
