Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for supply chain initiatives
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within scope and budget
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain
Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Lead initiatives on procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution optimization
Work closely with procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams to align project goals
Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure clear communication and accountability
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related updates and issue resolution
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Track and address project risks and issues to minimize disruptions
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Create and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to inform decisions
Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, or a related role
Experience in managing large-scale supply chain projects, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar) and supply chain software (e.g., JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, PowerBi or similar)
In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
Strong MS-Office skills & experience
Strong numerical & analytical skills

Preferred

Lean 6-Sigma Blackbelt trained
Foundry Experience is a Plus
