Responsibilities
Design and execute test plans to qualify wireless features (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Thread, Zigbee) across iOS, watchOS, tvOS, and macOS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug complex issues and ensure seamless integration of wireless technologies
Drive functional, performance, and interoperability testing to deliver world-class user experiences
Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage
Analyze results, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to continuously raise the bar for quality
Champion a user-centric approach to testing, ensuring reliability and excellence in every release
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Testing Development experiences in scripting languages, such as Python or Objective-C
Preferred
Experience in WiFi/BT or Thread/Zigbee (802.15.4) Functional or Performance Testing
Good Understanding and working knowledge of WiFi /BT/Thread/Zigbee (802.15.4) protocols
Experience in IoT domain & Home automation on 802.15.4, Thread. Zigbee, BLE, WiFi low power a plus
Experience in debugging wireless sniffers, protocol analyzers to debug and root cause issues (like WireShark, Ellisys Protocol Analysis, etc)
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Upbeat, adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
Outstanding communication skills vital to collaborate with multi-functional teams
