Responsibilities

Lead program planning, forecasting, budgeting, manpower allocation, and execution to fulfill contract requirements and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with internal teams—such as Finance, Contracts, and the Business Acquisition Center of Excellence—to foster process improvements and align initiatives
Serve as the primary interface with external customers, IPMT leadership, and stakeholders to manage risks, identify opportunities, and ensure contract success
Oversee contract communications, deliverables, and reporting requirements, including Financial EACs, to internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate agility and adaptability by focusing on outcomes, leveraging an iterative approach, and responding effectively to shifting priorities

Required

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management disciplines
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, customer communications, engineering, and/or logistics required
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership and the ability to communicate at all levels, as well as the capability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively
Project Management, general business management and/or strategic planning experience
Familiar with earned value management
Knowledge of propulsion life cycle cost
Ability to assess and process business need quickly
Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
