Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning

Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms

Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to address complex business and compliance requirements

Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes to ensure stability and compliance

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles

Adapt to dynamic work demands, including providing flexible coverage as needed

Required

5–10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience

3 years minimum of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow rule or equivalent)

5+ years of strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs

Solid understanding of infrastructure components, including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks

Knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management
