Regional Service Sales Account Manager - Fire Protection
ORR Corporation is a rapidly growing family-owned fire protection company dedicated to safeguarding people, property, and the environment. They are seeking a Regional Service Sales Account Manager responsible for increasing sales of electronic and mechanical life safety systems by identifying and closing potential clients in the Southeast Region.

Responsibilities
Manage sales activities across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina
Engage with vertical markets such as Data Centers, Energy/Power Generation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Cable/Broadband, and other Mission-Critical facilities
Enjoy flexibility to work from home when not traveling
Expect up to 35-40% travel, including some overnight trips, to build territory and fulfill job duties
Responsible for booking $300K in testing & inspection service contracts annually
Demonstrate a commitment to our mission of safeguarding people, property, and the environment in all job functions
Responsible for growing the business by providing solutions to existing as well as new customers
Identify potential clients within sectors that align with ORR Protection’s profile, specifically focusing on mission-critical customers
Initiate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement, highlighting ORR’s specialized services
Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and market opportunities
Collaborate with the Operations Team to review and refine proposals and contracts
Manage negotiations and successfully close sales deals of varying complexity, duration, and value
Attend and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and networking events within the mission-critical space
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in fire protection or related industries preferred
NICET Fire Alarm Certification preferred, but not required
SPIN-Selling or Challenger sales training preferred
Google experience preferred
Experience using a CRM to track leads and progress preferred
