Project Manager

They are seeking a Project Manager to support their government customer, managing multiple trades and ensuring project compliance and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple trades across building portfolio, develop/maintain client relationships, coordinate activities across disciplines, and manage union environment
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate projects from conception to completion
Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, deadlines, TO management, and proposal development for IDIQ work
Grow relationships and market share, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and serve as the first point of contact for contract communication
Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract deliverables
Primary liaison for energy performance standards
Promote safe work environments
Must have authority to act for the Contractor in every detail
Authorized to accept notices, inspection reports, and correspondence
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizen
High School Degree or GED
Experience in managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings
5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience
8 years in project management/supervisory role
