Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience (10+ preferred for enterprise or federal programs)
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)
Experience in Agile/SAFe and traditional environments
Preferred
PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist certification
