Welder I - 2nd Shift
Pursuit Aerospace is a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, committed to operational improvement and customer service. The Welder I will join a team of aerospace welders specializing in GTAW (TIG) welding, focusing on producing high-quality aerospace engine components and collaborating with engineers and mechanics.

Responsibilities
Welding on various alloys including but not limited to, Stainless, Nickle and TI
Completing Fillet and Groove welds in multiple different positions
Light sheet metal work includes fit up and correction that is directly related to welding
Working with engineers to improve processes and or development
Completing work in line with our quality system
Comfortable working in a team environment
Capable of managing the workload with minimum direction
Qualification
Required
1 year of TIG welding experience
Ability to produce passing weld certification tests with minimal guidance
Able to read welding call outs on blueprints
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis, without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
Preferred
2+ years GTAW specific work experience
Sheet metal manufacturing experience
Aerospace specific work experience
Welding school or other applicable schooling
