Responsibilities
Feature Innovation: Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative features that leverage Apple's unique hardware and software capabilities, including advanced image processing, computational photography, and machine learning
Multi-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with design, marketing, photography specialists, and other engineering teams to translate user needs and creative visions into exceptional software experiences
Performance Optimization: Ensure our applications set the benchmark for speed and efficiency, by expertly optimizing for large-scale image processing and real-time interactions, resulting in an unparalleled user experience
Qualification
Required
1+ years of industry experience building iOS applications in Swift or Objective-C
Experience using Apple's core frameworks, ideally PhotoKit, Core Image, Core Graphics, AVFoundation, and Metal
Familiarity with essential tools (Xcode, lldb, Instruments)
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience
Prior experience solving real world problems in complex, high-performance environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a multi-functional team

Experience with creative photography tooling
Experience with media editing applications
An understanding of modern camera technologies, image formats, color science, and computational photography principles
Experience with large-scale asset management and optimizing for performance with high-resolution media
