CSI Aerospace Inc, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The role involves supervising team members, meeting production schedules, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with CSI requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and implement weekly forecasts to meet production, quality and safety objectives

Coordinate cross functionally with site departments to bridge communication between upper management and their team, relay important information, communicating policy or procedural changes

Monitors and adjusts workflow schedule to respond to internal production requirements including on-time delivery, cost of poor quality and process improvements. Balancing workloads while addressing any changes or requests from team members

Responsible for enforcing company policies of conduct and safety while initiating disciplinary action when necessary

Responsible for the overall talent management of the production team including interviewing, hiring, staffing levels, and ongoing training of Team Members; planning, assigning work, and directing daily work priorities; appraising annual performance reviews; setting goal objective with emphasis of a rewarding culture; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Manage team attendance and performance issues through problem identification and successful mediation of disputes

Perform continuous process improvement activities aimed at improving safety, efficiency, quality and costs with measurable results

Performs other related duties as required
