Responsibilities
Performs only relatively simple assembly procedures
Performs operation of contact welder
Performs operation of orbital swager
Utilizes a variety of tools, gages and equipment
Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work
Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards
Accomplishes production quotas
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Six months or more of experience in a similar industry or some technical training
Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
Performs light electronic and / or electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and scope
Operation of resistance soldering unit
Performs frequent spring linking as required
Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently work with simple small hand tools
Ability to work from samples or simple visual aids
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instruction in English
Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions
Working consistently, working overtime, as required
Be team oriented and possess flexibility and adaptability
