Experienced Fire and Contents Cleaning Technician

They are currently seeking individuals to assist in their structure cleaning and contents cleaning department, focusing on packing, moving, and cleaning personal property and furniture.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Participate in warehouse/contents process cleaning
Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 70-75 pounds)
Driving to project sites
Inventory of furniture/contents prior to moving
Inspect furniture/contents and reporting damage prior to moving
Wrapping furniture
Loading and unloading of truck
Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of personal property
Inventory and labeling of personal property
Cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection of structures
Operating mechanical equipment
Maintain clean work areas and equipment (safety and cleanliness)
Each day may be different so need to be adaptable. Work longer hours when a job needs to be completed that day
Moving packed contents (furniture and boxes) into storage
Weekend On call rotaion
Qualification
Required
Utilize customer service skills
Maintain a professional/clean appearance
Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently
We are a 24/7/365 company so candidate must be flexible with work schedule. NORMAL OPERATING HOURS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-4:30pm
Must be willing and able to work in hazardous conditions (Respirator fit test and hazardous training provided)
Strong work ethic and integrity
Valid drivers license and pass a motor vehicle record check- No reckless driving, DUI, or DWI within the past 5 years
Must pass a criminal background check- No felonies
Preferred
IICRC Certifications a plus
