DTC Creative Strategist & Copywriter
Elavate Superfoods is one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands focused on helping women achieve their skin goals with science-backed Collagen. The DTC Creative Strategist & Copywriter will manage the performance ads creation process to exceed customer acquisition targets while acting as a creative thought leader within the Growth team.

Responsibilities
Fully in charge of ideating, scripting and briefing new ad concepts, based on data inside our Meta Ad Account (Our advertising focus is currently on Meta)
Monitor competitor ad creatives, platform-specific latest best practices and ad accounts performance trends to create new ad creative ideas
Understand our customers language & pain points and create brand new angles/messaging style to speak directly to that customer avatar
Iterating winning ad creatives at scale to produce dozens of hook, body & avatar variations of winning ad creatives
This role will not require media buying skills. This is strictly a performance creative development role. You'll fully manage end to end production of performance creative assets. However, we do expect you to be very proficient with reading data inside the Meta Ads Manager
Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand Elavate's reach through new platforms, content formats, and audience segments
Build and maintain a library of high-performing creative assets to streamline production processes
Opportunity to build and lead a creative team as the company scales
Achieve set CPA & Volume targets (Performance bonuses tied to over-performance)
Efficient delivery of creative assets at scale, that meet or exceed our advertising goals
Qualification
Required
2+ Years Experience managing the full UGC production process for a health/supplement D2C Brand (Concept Development, Copywriting, Sourcing Creators, Briefing Editors, Revising & Optimising Content)
Managed Creative Production for a brand spending over £200k/Month on Paid Social advertising with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market
Strong understanding of Paid Media Platforms (Meta specifically)
Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to inform and optimize creative decisions
Preferred
Basic Figma/Canva Experience to create Static ads is a plus
A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus
