Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of residential architecture projects from concept to completion
Utilize Revit and other design software to create detailed architectural plans and construction documents
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and design solutions
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes
Prepare and present design proposals and schematic designs to clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Minimum of 15 years of experience in residential architecture and project management
Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with AutoCAD, Archicad, and Bluebeam is a plus
Experience in designing custom and luxury homes is highly desirable
Strong understanding of construction documents and building codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
