Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain test hardware and software for the production line

Support test systems throughout the full lifecycle of development, implementation, scaling, and refinement

Work with manufacturing engineers, technicians, quality, design engineers, and IT to integrate and support test systems

Plan and execute evaluations of new or updated test processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with requirements

Monitor and analyze test data to drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and quality

Create documentation and provide training to production staff on test procedures and tools

Required

Experience developing or supporting automated test systems

Programming proficiency in Python (MATLAB familiarity a plus)

Ability to design and deploy complete automated test systems

Ability to interpret and apply assembly drawings, schematics, and technical documentation

Knowledge of computer/instrument interface protocols

Strong problem-solving and process development skills

Demonstrated ability to organize resources and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills

BS in electrical, electronic, test engineering or related technical discipline, with 3 or more years of experience in a Test Engineering or similar environment
