Assistant Public Defender - Athens County Office
National Legal Aid & Defender Association is seeking an Assistant Public Defender to work in the Athens County office. Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state of Ohio
Experience in criminal law or trial-level representation
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in trial-level work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
