Alesig Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. The role involves collaborating with project managers and end users to design and implement workflows and custom solutions while ensuring compliance with security and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists

Customize SharePoint workflows, web parts, and solutions based on user requirements

Collaborate with end-users to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure that SharePoint design and features align with organizational security, information architecture, and usability best practices

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SharePoint-related issues

Maintain system documentation and develop user guides as necessary

Assist in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and system improvements

Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for new SharePoint solutions

Provide support for SharePoint administration, including permissions management and site configuration

Required

A minimum of five (5) years' experience solving technical problems (or managing the solution of technical problems) in the last eight (8) years

A minimum of an interim Secret Clearance is required by start date

Experience working with SharePoint 2013, 2016, or SharePoint Online

Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and client-side frameworks for SharePoint customization

Knowledge of SharePoint Designer

Experience in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and providing ongoing technical support

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any other scientific or technical discipline is required OR four (4) additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree
