Lead and manage complex IT projects, including large-scale system implementations and upgrades
Oversee project teams of 8–15 members, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Create and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication with sponsors and stakeholders
Mentor junior project managers and promote PMO best practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
