The role involves cleaning, chemical balancing, minor repairs, and ongoing maintenance of pool equipment and accessories.

Responsibilities

Travel from pool to pool, transporting and delivering pool chemicals (including but not limited to chlorine, algaecides, pH balancers, muriatic acid) performing advanced chemistry and testing of water, adding chemicals to pools, and skimming and vacuuming pools to be picture-perfect

Learn to diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment

Utilize advanced selling with equipment upgrades, chemicals and any other background products. Techs will be trained to be knowledgeable and comfortable talking about any equipment or pool-related maintenance service that we sell

Log all pool services performed at each pool to notify customers their services have been completed

Communicate with construction and warranty divisions when needed by giving recommendations regarding customer claims
