Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Quality/Test Engineer to join our team in Lafayette, IN. In this role, you will facilitate and develop new elements of APQP, including process FMEAs, control plans, and process flow diagrams, while supporting manufacturing engineering teams and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Attend weekly staff and prioritization meetings
Support and track recommended action from the process FMEAs
Independent scheduling and lead APQP readiness meetings with manufacturing engineering teams
Review and /or develop process capability studies and measurement systems analysis
Create final production part approval documentation (PPAP)
Perform documentation and presentation at stakeholder updates

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 8-10 years' experience

Ability to facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
