Responsibilities

Responsibilities include high-level program planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle costing; conducting manpower assessments; and providing regular status briefings to Government leadership on a weekly and quarterly basis

Candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, interfacing with government personnel, formulating feasibility studies, ensuring compliance, and directing contractor/subcontractor teams to achieve program objectives

Crucially, this role does not involve supervising Federal employees, creating/modifying Federal policy, or obligating government funds
