They are seeking a Sr. Specialist in Cost Accounting to support data analysis and reporting for TPNO Management and Business Units, ultimately driving better decision-making through insightful data management.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide insightful analysis across various business units
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and usability
Create DAX measures and calculations to support complex analytical requirements
Assist in the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions
Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and updates to continually improve reporting capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Azure Data Warehouse solutions
Strong knowledge of Power Query for data manipulation and transformation
Solid understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating advanced calculations and measures
Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization principles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics
Self-driven and motivated
An excellent team player capable of delivering excellent results attending project's schedule
Ability to search for solutions when facing new cases and challenges
A positive attitude towards addressing the technical challenges
Ability to be continuously acquiring knowledge about new technical developments and able to pick up new techniques
Excellent communication skills
Flexible to changes
