Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure on AWS
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions , Jenkins , and ArgoCD
Work closely with engineering teams to support REST API deployments, versioning, and release automation
Manage infrastructure-as-code and configuration using YAML , GitOps workflows, and best practices
Monitor and troubleshoot production environments using Dynatrace and Splunk
Implement security best practices across cloud resources, containers, secrets, pipelines, and workloads
Automate routine operational tasks to increase reliability and reduce manual effort
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful releases, environment stability, and production readiness
Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 application uptime
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.)
Expert-level experience with Kubernetes (deployments, services, debugging, scaling, helm preferred)
Proficiency in Docker containerization and image optimization
Experience creating and maintaining REST API environments and integrations
Strong proficiency with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitOps workflows
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD for declarative deployments
Experience designing CI/CD systems with Jenkins
Solid experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis
Strong experience writing YAML for manifests, pipelines, and automation
Excellent understanding of networking concepts, containers, Linux systems, and security best practices
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Preferred
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Admin)
Experience with Terraform, Helm charts, or Ansible
Experience in telecom, enterprise platforms, or large-scale distributed systems
Experience supporting multi-environment CI/CD (dev, QA, stage, prod)
