Responsibilities
Design and recommend optimal integration architectures based on client needs
Communicating with the customers and assisting them with technical questions during the integration stage
Test and validate integration solutions to ensure seamless performance
Collaborate closely with the product team to share insights and improve product functionality
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support Specialist, ideally in software design or systems integration
Hands-on skills with JavaScript and a good grasp of software architecture concepts
Comfortable working across different operating systems and databases, quickly adapting to new technical environments
A proactive problem-solver who can work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under pressure
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
