Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Spanish and English
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English, with professional-level communication skills in both
Experience providing support through inbound messaging
Ability to handle 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles
A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer
Willingness to install ModSquad security software and a 2FA app on your mobile device
Access to a webcam or a smartphone capable of capturing clear photos
A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
At least 8 GB of RAM (more is always better!)
Availability for 25 hours per week, including 12 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
Completion of language assessments in Spanish and English
Preferred
Experience in customer support for a music streaming platform
Experience working in a remote environment
Dual monitors are strongly recommended for optimal workflow and multitasking
