Participate in weekly training calls and complete comprehensive, in-house onboarding
Become an expert in 72SOLD’s unique listing and sales process
Represent the company with utmost professionalism
Negotiate contracts, oversee the closing process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with fellow agents to share strategies and maintain top performance
Qualification
Required
Active Arizona Real Estate License (REALTOR® preferred)
Self-motivated, with superior people skills, energy, and integrity
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Team-player mindset and a desire to excel in a high-volume, high-reward environment
Solid understanding of residential listing, sales, and transaction management
