Responsibilities

Review and stamp complex or design-critical drawings and deliverables when licensed

Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized technical areas such as structural stability, advanced modeling, or complex roadway and traffic geometries

Provide engineering judgment, technical guidance, and mentoring to junior and mid-level staff

Participate in peer review sessions and provide solutions for difficult design and constructability challenges

Collaborate in research and development of new materials, methods, or technologies while contributing to design standards and internal practices

Support proposals and pursuits for technically demanding projects, helping to define technical scope and risk
