Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
Supervise and mentor project teams. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage any necessary permits and inspections
Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and financial reporting. Identify and address any potential cost overruns
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve issues and conflicts promptly to minimize project disruptions
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of all project documentation, including contracts, reports, and progress updates

Required

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management or industry knowledge within the construction sector

In-depth knowledge of mechanical construction processes, project management, and industry regulations specific to construction sectors
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of successful project delivery
High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
