Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring safe and compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of IWS, UPW, and WATR project delivery — from scope development, planning, and scheduling to execution and closeout — ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards
Seek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines to achieve best-value results
Issue purchase orders (POs) and track performed work, ensuring alignment with project budgets and approved scopes
Manage project risks, issues, and changes while serving as the primary point of contact for all trade partners
Collaborate closely with mechanical, I&C, electrical, and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning
Ensure compliance with semiconductor facility specifications, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., SEMI, OSHA, EPA)
Identify and mitigate technical and operational challenges to maintain project performance and momentum
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and clients, including financial and schedule performance reports
Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution
Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and technical excellence
Demonstrate proficiency in construction sequencing and commissioning to meet aggressive project timelines
Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, quality, and delivery expectations
Utilize construction management and scheduling software to track, manage, and report project progress
Serve as the primary field representative for all construction and project coordination activities on site
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry
Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently
Experience with construction management tools and project scheduling platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
