Responsibilities

Creating, maintaining, and tracking program budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and funding analysis
Coordinating quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting (CSR) encompassing forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash
Managing contracts through cost management, processing invoices, addressing financial issues, and supporting ad‑hoc reporting requirements
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance—to drive business outcomes
Analyzing performance via Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to highlight cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete and Estimate at Complete data

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree
Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances
Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment
Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders
Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Adapt to change and digital transformation

Preferred

Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials
Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle
Knowledge of Direct Contracts: Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts
Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow
Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence
Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)
