Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for search and discovery experiences, including CRL and IDP
Leverage data, customer insights, and business objectives to prioritize features and enhancements that improve relevance, personalization, and performance
Lead search strategy initiatives that directly impact revenue, customer acquisition, and digital engagement
Own the roadmap for intelligent search capabilities across all digital touchpoints, aligning with executive stakeholders and contributing to multi-million-dollar business outcomes
Partner with other product teams, as well as engineering and analytics teams, to implement and optimize search algorithms, relevance tuning, and machine learning models using platforms like Coveo
Ensure scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of the search stack. Strong strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities
An understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design, with expertise in data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Heap, or similar tools
Collaborate with UX/UI, content, and analytics teams to design and test intuitive, engaging, and conversion-optimized interfaces for search results and itinerary pages, as well as editorial search, specific search-friendly areas of the site
Champion A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
Act as the primary liaison between product, marketing, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
Communicate product plans, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
Mentor and develop a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Strong understanding of digital commerce, user experience, and product lifecycle management
Familiarity with Coveo or similar search and recommendation engines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on eCommerce or digital platforms
3+ years of experience managing search or discovery-related products
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and launching customer-facing digital products
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or retail industries is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, personalization, and analytics tools
