Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of ERP, PLM, MES, CRM, HCM, BI, and industry-specific systems
Develop and execute the enterprise architecture vision aligned to business goals
Oversee integration strategy, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and data consistency
Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and portfolio optimization
Build and mentor a high-performing architecture team
Partner with executives and stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology delivery
Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT leadership, including enterprise architecture and application management
Proven experience with large-scale enterprise systems and integrations
Expertise in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and integration platforms (iPaaS, APIs, middleware)
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
