Responsibilities
Prepare work packages for every planned or unplanned maintenance activity. (daily, weekly, monthly, annually, on request)
Request, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities
Coordinate line or plant shutdowns to apply all essential preventive maintenance scheduled
Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist the contractor and maintenance, repairs, or modifications
Ensure to execute all PM techniques to improve overall efficiency
Maintain critical spare parts inventory for key assets (BOM)
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do preventive tasks
Estimate costs of labor and spare parts for industrial equipment and facilities
Adjust schedules to account for emergency work
Coordinate and schedule with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors the preventive maintenance plan execution
Perform a critical evaluation of the downtime generated in the lines of production, do the root cause analysis of the main failures, assign improvement tasks, and measure the progress towards the accomplishment of the goal
Track record keeping of work orders using Maximo
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in maintenance (preventive)
Knowledge in Electrical and PLC technician
Know about the warehouse management process
Proficient in using a Computer, MS Office (Excel), and Maximo (Desirable)
Strong communication skills, maintaining safety standards, and GMP in the workplace
Problem-solving skills, dealing with unexpected contingencies, solving disputes, and creating emergency response plans
