Qualification
Required
Great foundation in 2 of the following skills; Physical Optics, lasers, plasma sources, detectors, or image sensors
Deep understanding of hardware technologies and systems engineering
Proven hands-on experience developing and prototyping sophisticated electro-optical setups
Skilled in working with leading suppliers to develop sophisticated components and subsystems
Expertise in system modeling, error budgeting, and performance analysis
Proficient in MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW for data analysis and experimentation
Hard-working and adaptable—comfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal direction
Collaborative mentality with the ability to lead small teams and drive execution
Experience defining work plans, DOEs, and test strategies
Confident communicator who can lead technical reviews and influence decisions
PhD with 3 years experience, Master's Degree and minimum 6 years relevant experience or Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Familiarity with semiconductor processes, X-ray, DUV, or VIS-IR metrology systems
