They are seeking a skilled 3D Environment Artist to create and refine 3D assets for interactive real estate and architectural projects, while managing tasks independently and collaborating with senior team members.

Responsibilities

Create and refine 3D assets and environments for interactive real estate and architectural projects
Independently manage assigned tasks from start to finish, delivering polished results
Collaborate closely with senior team members and project managers
Contribute to internal reviews and occasionally present work to clients

Qualification

Unreal Engine3D production experienceModeling softwareArchitectural visualizationProblem-solving skillsTeam-focused mindset

Required

2+ years of professional 3D production experience
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and strong skills in modeling software
Proven ability to work independently on production tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience with architectural visualization (archviz) is strongly preferred
A collaborative, team-focused mindset
This position is based in Sarasota, FL; candidates who can work onsite or relocate are preferred
Exceptional remote candidates based in the U.S. will also be considered
