They are seeking an SAP Administrator to manage all SAP activities for their Point of Sale (POS) development department, ensuring systems run efficiently and effectively. The role involves entering purchase orders, providing estimated time of arrivals, and assisting team members as needed.

Responsibilities
Enter all purchase orders (POs) into SAP using the correct company codes for national and international
Enter additional POs into SAP for Material Orders, Event Marketing, Licensing and Apparel, and Operations
Source special reoccurring orders (i.e. vehicle wraps, sales flash cards, etc.)
Provide expected estimated time of arrivals (ETA’s) on POs issued and update as needed to management
Assist other members of the POS department when requested
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, IT or some college preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, order processing
Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Solid work ethics
Ability to multitask
Process drive
Ability to interact with key players
Ability to run reports
Ability to handle information
Ability to stay on task
