Responsibilities
Own REPOWR’s claims and incident management processes
Handle accident and damage claims between carriers, trailer owners, and insurance companies
Build the systems and processes that ensure fast, fair, and cost-effective resolutions
Manage open claims daily while also shaping the long-term insurance and risk operations function
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in claims, insurance, risk management, compliance, or a related logistics/transportation role
Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and carrier liability
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with carriers and insurers
Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to build and improve workflows
Preferred
Experience working in logistics, transportation, or equipment leasing preferred
