Territory Account Executive - Real Estate Division
Home Warranty of America (HWA) is seeking a motivated, results-driven outside sales professional. The Account Executive will deliver impeccable service to the real estate community and is responsible for building relationships and promoting home warranty services within their territory.

Responsibilities
Deliver impeccable service to the real estate community in multiple markets in the U.S
Establish and maintain relationships with real estate professionals within individually assigned territories
Educate clients about the benefits of home warranty
Hold face-to-face meetings with brokers and agents, and conduct presentations at group events
Responsible for all sales and promotion within the defined territory
Act as a liaison between real estate professionals and our Service Department
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat sales
Travel within the territory
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of successful sales experience as a top producer in previous/current position
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with internal & external clients
Ability to network, ask for referrals and build lasting relationships quickly
Ability to work autonomously while continuing to focus on goals and meet deadlines
Ability to strategize and prioritize efforts to achieve goals
Positive & professional demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid Driver's License
