Associate Director, M365 Global Tenant Leader

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 3-5 year roadmap for M365 environment
Overall service responsibility includes tenant engineering, tenant development and tenant compliance while overseeing and communicating roadmap as it applies to RTX>
Align collaboration services with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption
Continue adoption and drive usage against licensing capabilities while ensuring compliance is enforced
Solve for complex collaboration needs and issues globally, at the enterprise scale
Manage a team of managers, engineers, administrators, and SME’s
Oversee project delivery including migrations, upgrades, and new feature releases
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Legal, Global Trade, Cybersecurity, and other departments and ensure service compliance
Manage relationships with Microsoft and other third-party vendors
Evaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance capabilities and stay-current
Communicate with and brief senior leadership
You will learn all aspects of collaboration service management at an enterprise scale

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
10 years experience leading a large team
12+ years of industry experience
5+ years of SharePoint experience
10% Travel
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience working in a GCC High tenant
