The role involves supporting Rx Quality functional release testing, coordinating sample deliveries, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities
Perform routine functional testing of all Rx & CHC products by following appropriate quality documentation
Assist in investigations related to Lab out of specification (OOS) results and nonconformities. Support Production investigations
Support lab equipment calibration and maintenance
Ability to use high magnification microscopes and measurement tools
Participate in preparing/reviewing Work Instructions and other documentation
Assist with test and measurement method transfers
Support validation activities
Track test results and lab reagents/supplies
Support audits and department activity to comply with ISO Standards
Maintain strong communications with the Quality Control, QA and RTC Departments to help resolve quality issues
Support site, customer quality and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degrees in Science or related field; or 1 to 2 years Quality related experience
Experience with cGMP guidelines and ability to follow complicated procedures and work instructions
Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Self-Starter with excellent written and communication skills
Good analytical skills
Detail oriented and rigorous
Able to work with a diverse cross-functional team with minimal supervision
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Able to regularly and frequently stand, walk, and bend during performance of essential duties
Understands and practices safe working procedures, including compliance with PPE requirements
Observes safety rules and policies; brings to management's attention any unsafe acts or conditions
The position will enter the cleanrooms
