Responsibilities
Ensure design execution has exceptional use of branding and fundamental design elements including color, typography, layout, and appropriate imagery
Prioritize and complete multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
Design and develop innovative marketing materials and program products based on organizational needs
Be involved in design development processes and presentation of ideas and designs directly to clients and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Associate´s degree required
3 years of related experience can substitute for degree requirement
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of web design including HTML and CSS required
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Affinity Suite
Strong skills in style and design including color, spacing, and typography required
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of print design required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on short timelines; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Associate´s degree with coursework in graphic design, communications design or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, communications design, or related field preferred
