Responsibilities
Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore while we’re on the job
Maintain and preserve a multimillion-dollar apartment community
Create an environment for residents that exemplifies California living at its best
Perform daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers
Carry out the asset preservation objectives of ownership
Qualification
Required
Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
Ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Knowledge of basic computer skills, namely Microsoft Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Previous maintenance experience
Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation
College degree
