Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency gains across the holding company and its member companies; implement best practices and performance metrics to measure and drive improvements
IT & Cybersecurity Strategy: In conjunction with Managed IT and Professional Service firms, develop and implement a centralized IT and Cybersecurity strategy, including company policy development, process improvements, security protocols, and IT governance
Technology Systems Implementation: Oversee central system and software implementations, ensuring seamless groupwide integration and system performance
Procurement and Vendor Management: Lead centralized procurement strategy; manage existing and new vendor relationships to drive cost savings and operational effectiveness
Regulatory Compliance: Execute compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and operational standards in line with requirements for publicly traded companies
Corporate Real Estate Management: Manage, in conjunction with outside consultants, corporate real estate portfolio and provide recommendations for office management and facility operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide support and assistance to other finance, accounting, HR, facilities management, and administrative functions and operating units of PPHC
Management of Direct Reports: Mentor and guide direct reports, providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to support professional growth, and setting clear performance expectations and goals

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
10+ years of combined experience in IT, procurement, and operations
Work experience in a midsize or large organization
Experience operating in an environment with significant government regulation or external accreditation requirements
Experience developing and implementing policy and procedure for operational infrastructure and governance in a fast-scaling environment
Experience utilizing IT security and compliance controls
Experience with system and software integrations
Proven ability to operate with integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
Willingness and ability to meet and exceed established deadlines
Dependability and reliability
Ability to adjust to flexible work schedules
“Can – Do” Attitude

Preferred

An advanced degree
Demonstrated success developing centralized procurement strategies and negotiating cost-effective vendor contracts
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in a professional services environment
