Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person, online phone and text
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Attend monthly employee meeting/training
Qualification
Required
1+ year customer service or retail sales experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work weekends and some evenings
Flexible with hours and shifts
